Inventory Lists

OKAY! So, the blog hasn't taken shape like I wanted. But, it is only the second week of January and I have a time to get it back on track.

The inventory has grown by the modest amount of 98 homes. Of those, 20 are bank owned homes. The standard sales amounted to 38 of the homes, which leaves 40 homes that are short sales.

The ruling by the Massachusetts's Supreme Court on Friday is going to cause banks to be more willing to negotiate short sales and loan modifications. Thus, we may shift back to short sales as a real viable option for buyers looking to get a home.

Corona Foreclosure Lists

It has been a long time since I posted foreclosure lists. There are a few reasons for this: 1.) I am going through some transitions in my life, 2.) it is a big commitment to post them every week (and I have slacked off), and most importantly 3.) the number of foreclosures has decreased dramatically. So, here they are...all 72 of them. The short sales and standard sales will be in a separate post.
