Prolegomena. My name is Tim Trainor. The goal of this blog is to be informative. I will use this space to write about my experiences, real estate in Corona, CA, finances, non-profit organizations and my life in general. My hope is that you would return to this page in an effort to learn more about my practice, as well as more about me. The initial focus is going to be on real estate, because it is such a relevant topic and because this is where my business is focused today.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

An impromptu trip to San Jose...

The Good:

- Dim Sum
- Chinese breakfast (I have no idea what it is...but it is GREAT!)
- seeing 3 movies while here (The Hangover, The Proposal, The Taking of Pelham 123 - I don't get to see movies often, so this was exciting)
- unbelievable Pho - can't get the correct accents on the words...sorry!
- great food in general
- seeing family
- grandpa being release to therapy right after we left ;-)

The Bad:

- grandpa falling and breaking his hip...requiring surgery (not good when you are 89)...which was the impetus for the little trip

The Ugly:

- 2 400 mile trips in 5 days...that is a quick turnaround
