Over the past few years (during the Real Estate meltdown), I have seen (and heard) some amazing things.
I had the client who didn't want to buy a particular house because the street went directly into their driveway.
I had another client who wanted to buy a house because his necklace fell of as soon as he walked in the door, thus "we knew this was our house."
But nothing tops what I saw last Wednesday in a home in Murrieta. A young girl whose family had lost their home and she was upset...I couldn't help but take a few photos.
Excerpt:
This is my house no matter what, I do, or where I go!...no matter who lives in here, it'll be mine...you took my house & my childhood.
No matter if you paint over my words, they will still be here
